Sidste Skoledag X Ung Frekvens / 2026

This project focused on developing a logo for Sidste Skoledag Festival, a one-day youth festival under Ung Frekvens aimed at students graduating from 9th and 10th grade. The challenge was to create a separate identity for the festival while still staying connected to Ung Frekvens’ existing visual universe. I started by analysing the brand, event context, and target audience to define the overall direction of the Logo, which needed to feel youthful, alternative, energetic, and welcoming. My role focused on concept development, visual identity design, and logo creation. Using Design Thinking, I developed and tested multiple logo concepts before refining the final direction through prototyping and feedback. The final logo became a natural extension of Ung Frekvens’ existing identity by transforming their signature sound waves into two smooth curves forming a double “S”. The design works both as a standalone icon and together with the full Sidste Skoledag name, making it flexible across both digital and physical formats.
